    🚚 Shipping Policy – Speakstick

    At Speakstick, we aim to deliver your order as quickly, efficiently, and securely as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy.


    1. Order Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received and confirmed.

    • Processing times may be extended during peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales events) or due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


    2. Estimated Delivery Time

    • Standard estimated delivery time is 7–19 business days from the date of shipment.

    • This timeframe includes processing, shipping, and customs clearance.

    • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    We are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather events, or any force majeure event beyond our control.


    3. International Shipping

    • We ship worldwide, to most countries and regions.

    • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by the destination country.

    • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

    Tip: We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


    4. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.

    • All charges will be clearly presented before finalizing your order.


    5. Shipping Responsibility & Risk of Loss

    • Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

    • Speakstick is not responsible for:

      • Delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

      • Lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages.

      • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

    Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are unable to reroute packages after dispatch.


    6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

    If your order:

    • Arrives damaged: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

    • Does not arrive: Contact us no later than 30 days from the shipment date.

    • Carrier labor disputes
